Rietze Automodelle has direct representation in European countries. If you are a dealer and interested to sell our models, please contact your local distributer as per the following list.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
about Rietze products and our company. Reading the FAQ questions and answers will give you a lot of information and eventually answer your own.

Spare part service
Since we only supply completely assembled finished products and necessary attachments already included in the packing, we only accept complains about original Rietze models. However, you can trust in our fairness.
In case of missing or damaged attachments, such as outside mirrors or windshield wipers in the original package, we will replace this. This also includes light elements for the relevant models.

Any other parts we do not carry as spare parts and we ask your for understanding. In case of any complain about a new model we ask you to send us an e-mail or call +49 (09187) 9600. We will clarify together with you how we can proceed to satisfy your need, either by sending new parts or repairing your model at Rietze.

Please note, that we will not accept any model modification on customers request. Any modifications you do, are on your own risk and out of our obligation. For damages caused by unprofessional disassembling of the models we are not reliable and you lose the warranty for this model.

For small spare parts we will find a solution for you of cause! For urgent needed spare parts we kindly ask you to define the needed part as well as the article number of the model concerned.
